As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with Personalized Financial Solutions Group, Cory Martel enjoys helping his clients make better decisions with their money. He does this by listening to and understanding their objectives and concerns and assists them in building a comprehensive personal plan to address them.

Cory is in his 11th year in financial services. After starting his career in the banking industry, Cory felt that there had to be a better approach to financial planning. With Personalized Financial, he can tailor his solutions for his client’s specific goals and needs. He follows a proven process which includes understanding his client’s goals and current financial position; reviewing their sources of income and savings; developing a written customized financial plan and reviewing the plan on an ongoing basis to ensure it remains relevant to his client’s needs. Cory focuses on building long-term relationships with his clients so that he can add value throughout many different stages of life.

It is important to Cory that he provides his clients with sound advice. He does this by working closely with a team of specialists in wealth accumulation, protection, retirement, and business planning. He is continually upgrading his skills and has recently completed his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.

In his spare time, Cory spends his weekends hiking outdoors with his wife and baby daughter and plays for two men’s hockey teams. Cory believes that physical health is a big factor in helping to achieve mental and financial health as well.
